Dr. Rachel Jakubowski, PT, DPT

Rachel graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation she went on to complete a sports residency program through ProRehab and the University of Evansville where she received extensive training in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Rachel became a Board Certified Sports Specialist (SCS) following her residency training.

While in the sports residency, she performed functional movement screening on the Major League Baseball team the Milwaukee Brewers, Western Kentucky University and University of Evansville athletes. She worked with the NFL Players Association in the spring of 2016 to provide rehabilitation to retired NFL athletes. She has treated athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA and European League, track and field and a variety of amateur and professional athletes across different sports.

Rachel holds several certifications including: Board Certified Sports Specialist (SCS) 2016, Functional Dry Needling Level 1 and 2, Training in Active Release Techniques (ART) level 1 Spine, Upper and Lower Extremity, SFMA level 1 and 2, FMS level I and II, Y balance, TPI level 1 certified, On Base U Hitting and Pitching, and RockTape Basic and Performance.


Rachel played soccer at the University of South Florida and then at Rollins College, where she was recognized at the conference, regional, and national level on the D2 All-American team. She also played soccer overseas in Germany for one season prior to attending the University of Central Florida for graduate school.

Steven Glen, PT, DPT

Born and raised in New York City, Steven graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. The following year, he was accepted into the SPECTRUM Internship Program, which led him to Orlando in the Spring of 2018.

After successfully completing his internship, Steven joined SPECTRUM in multiple Corporate Wellness roles, gaining valuable experience in performance training and injury prevention. During this time, his passion for movement and rehabilitation grew, leading him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.

Steven then achieved a major milestone—earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.

A former baseball and football player, Steven also competed in club water polo during college. He embraces an active lifestyle, spending his free time paddleboarding at Florida’s natural springs and hiking through the state’s scenic trails.

Dr. Morgan Fink, PT, DPT

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Morgan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duquesne University. As a former NCAA Division I swimmer and Division I coach, she blends elite athletic experience with clinical expertise—helping athletes move, feel, and perform at their best.

Morgan brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and performance optimization to athletes and golfers of all levels.

Morgan holds certifications in Dry Needling, Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1. She specializes in sport-specific movement assessments and individualized training strategies, integrating hands-on therapy with performance-based programming to reduce pain, restore function, and maximize athletic potential.

Whether recovering from injury or fine-tuning performance, Morgan’s unique background as both an athlete and clinician makes her a trusted partner on the journey back to sport.
